How does billing work?

You're billed monthly or annually. Annual plans receive 20% off. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

What are base departments?

Every plan includes 3 base departments: Executive, Operations, and Customer Support. These are the foundation of any business and are always included at no extra cost.

How do add-on departments work?

Beyond the 3 base departments, each plan includes a set number of additional departments. Standard includes 2 add-ons (5 total), Pro includes 4 (7 total), and Premium includes 7 (10 total). Need more? You can purchase extra departments at the per-department rate for your plan.

How many team members can I add?

Standard includes 5 seats, Pro supports 15, and Premium supports 30. Additional seats can be purchased at the per-seat rate shown on your plan. Enterprise plans offer 75+ or unlimited seats.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. If you upgrade mid-month, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, we credit you for the unused portion.

Is there a free trial?

What if I need a custom plan?
